This stripped the color from my hair, sadly when i reached out I was beyond the refund allowed time / policy. The sad part, no one at this company seemed to care. I had two emails, both stating to request a refund and zero concern for my poor experience. I have my hair done professionally, and with the same stylist. I have never had the color strip out, except with this shampoo / conditioner combo. Very disappointed in the product and lack of customer care. Definitely will look elsewhere for products in the future.
