#218 Tintable Texture Paste

Fun to Experiment with!

For the background inserts of my work, I like to build up layers of texture and sand them back after they've dried. Having the ability to mix a paint into this medium. It takes a little bit of experimenting as to how much paint will make the texture paste opaque. Typically less than you would think.

I love working with this rich, creamy, texture paste. Colors stay vibrant and saturated when mixed in. It dries beautifully and can be worked on top of.

Base layer

This product is excellent for filling poor surfaces. I use my putty, knife or spatula then once dry, I can easily paint with the acrylics. I can also make surface is very smooth with this product, making it easier to paint.
