Awesome, easy installation. Works like a charm.

Installed Myself

Rain likely shorted the original unit. Monument promptly sent a replacement part. I had trouble removing the necessary screws to get at the unit location. But the Monument advisor (Jose?) was really accessible for several calls. He even created a NEW video instruction module using my exact NG unit (the old one was not well done). Eventually persevered with the screws and the new unit functions perfectly. Bought a rain cover!

Replacement igniter works fine, getting it was not so easy

This is my second replacement igniter. Monument doesn't seem to record warranty registrations from previous claims, so I had to dig out my invoice and proof of purchase from last year again to submit for the claim. Puts the burden on buyers.
