Coffee good but package does not have hermetic seal

The coffee is good (5 stars), but it makes no sense to buy a big bag if the bag does not have a hermetic seal (1 star). Without an airtight, impermeable barrier, the coffee gets moist and stale too fast. Why did you change the bag design? It beats the purpose of buying good coffee.

I have enjoyed every cup.

Fresh grind and pour over coffee family. There is great depth and it so fresh. We will be repeat customers!

Poor customer service support

I was saddened by my first time purchase with Brooklyn labs coffee. Super excited to have purchased two bags. Packaged was stolen by the time it got delivered. I reached out to them and never heard back.
