Whipped Honey with Chai

This gift took about 3 weeks to arrive as it was lost in another state. The post office told me it probably happened because they either reused a box or made a mistake on the shipping label. The company told me they would mail a replacement, which they never did. They did nothing for me. I had to contact the post office, file a lost package report, and get the situation fixed. Also, I was misled by their name, thinking I was supporting a cloistered religious order. Nope. Just a couple who left the corporate world. I do not support dishonesty.
