These poles do exactly what they say. No false claims. Absolutely easy to install the pols can be managed by one person. They stood up to the wind and look amazing we went with a 20’ and 15’ I would recommend these and only these to anyone. Well done folks.

Received wrong size pole

We ordered 25’ pole, but, received a 20’ pole. When contacting the service department we asked for someone to call us back, but we never received a phone call only a text. It took numerous calls to get it straightened out. We offered to keep the wrong size pole in exchange for a refund of adequate amount of money. We were insulted with the first attempt to solve this problem, but finally agreed with the final amount they offered. Also when it came time to put the gold ball on top, it was smashed in, had to use something else. Unfortunately we would not recommend this company due to lack of quality customer service. We have been experiencing such poor customer service with so many companies while we have been remodeling our home, we were hoping to have good service with this company. Unfortunately it wasn’t to be. Also, the way you install this pole is insanely crazy with having to use wedges of wood to keep it straight in the casing. This is poor designing.
