I started using JG products when I lived in New England when my mother gifted me a discovery session + facial. The owner and all of her employees were welcoming, informative, and pleasant. As I've been faced with extremely dry winters these past two years after moving, my love for JaneGee products were put to the test. Results? I wouldn't make it through without, especially the beauty butter. My skin looks the best it ever has, during the worst time of year. I even purchased the facial kit for a friend for Christmas this year because after hearing her complaints, I insisted she start somewhere on the JaneGee skincare journey. I am also amazed by the turnaround time on shipping orders. I placed an order with the wrong delivery address, sent an email immediately to update it, and could not believe that within an hour and 15 minutes, I received a response, AND my order was on its way. It then arrived within 2 days and I live 2,000+ miles across the country. This isn't uncommon either. At times, I get JG shipments before my Amazon Prime 2-day deliveries make it - typically only ever 3 days at most. I have nothing but good things to say about JaneGee's products, customer service, and way of approaching skin care, or really health overall.
