Dark Chocolate Prebiotic SuperBoost Herbal Tea

I discovered Teechino when I was on the AIP diet and was seeking alternative hot drinks to tea and coffee. I’m so happy I did. I still drink it every day as my main hot beverage of choice

I drink a cup of coffee in the morning and only Teeccino after 10:00 am. Sleep is no problem now. Sometimes I mix a cup of the miraculous mushroom latte, or one of the brew bags.

Really wanted something other than chamomile/mint-- the flavor of the dark chocolate is mild and comforting. I add honey and cinnamon in sometimes, frothing those two add ins with soy milk but straight up is just as good if I dont have anything else on hand. This stuff is good, dont sleep on it--
