Works pretty well. Two wishes. One - more heat. Two - longer battery life. Doesn’t hurt to ask does it? I am getting both knees done though with it in max using M3 mode. It’s good for a quick post run massage! Not equal to the full leg Air C but a quick substitute that does as described.

My daughter with sore knees loves this.
