I like the product as an overall unit. I believe it has lots of good features. But I have lots of Issues with the tool working. The Battery Tester won't work. The TPMS doesn't work all the time. The oscilloscope didn't work. This has seemed to be resolved. There was an issue connecting to AutoAuth. I had to use a different tool to connect (ThinkTool Max instead of ThinkToolPlatinum). There is a gentleman at the support line helping me with all the issues, but this is thru email. This seems to the new normal for support from many different companies. I prefer to talk on a phone. Once everything is straightened out and I use the tool more I believe I will be pleased with the product.
