So, I have been shopping and comparing bi-directional scan tools for the last 6 months and had even purchased the ICON T10 for $1600. I quickly returned the T10 after its functions and data stream were severely limited. However, I have tried the TOPDON ONE on multiple vehicles and am impressed with every aspect of the tool. The autoscan is relatively fast, the live data stream options and graphing is exceptional, and the bi-directional and special functions are robust, and for not even half the price of the ICON T10!!! For a new business owner, it is rare to feel you got more than you paid for! Thank you TOPDON!

The unit is performing as expected. Coming from a different platforms it was a learning experience that continues each use because its just new. Each use is putting a smile on the users face.. We leave it on the main desk and have had countless inquiries about it since most are familiar with seeing different brand names… The team are grabbing it more often now and over other units we have. I don’t know it phase is slowly less and less. The one thing I have noticed is it’s so much faster when I use the unit wired rather than wireless. I like the fact you can pick the updates for things you will work on here in Canada. Battery life great so far. The only thing i wish for in any unit from any brand would be wireless charging that way ports can stay covered and clean, this is just a me and nothing to do with this unit but all makers.
