The t-shirt is 100% cotton and is slim style fit. I would typically wear a size medium in a regular style t-shirt. I ordered size XL which fits like a medium slim fit. Recommend ordering a size or two larger than your usual t-shirt size.

Runs very small

Not true to size. Runs like 2 sizes small.
