Riesling is one of those wines you can actually drink when it's young. The only thing I did different when making it was to use a different wine yeast than what was included because my basement is cold and I needed something that would work better in those conditions. (I used Lalvin D-47 that works well at 55 degrees) Wine is very tasty.

I won’t know how it is for at least two months. I just bought it, and haven’t started to make it yet.
