Almost exactly what I was looking for. The aglet is a bit cumbersome. It would be better if they were flat. It would also be nice if some were slightly shorter because the spaces between eyelets aren't the same in the shoes I am putting them in.

These are pretty good, but there’s a bit of slippage at the heel. I chose a diagonal lacing pattern for a more snug fit, but the elastic allows movement as my foot moves leading to heel slip. Fine for errands but not an all day walk around a city and definitely not for hiking. They are fun to look at and I enjoy the ease of putting them on.
