Great Alligator Strap & AMAZING Customer Support

I ordered near USD$200 alligator strap for my vintage Rolex Datejust, so I could take it up a level for a more formal event. It looked amazing when it arrived but I could tell there was an issue almost immediately as the quick release springs would NOT hold it in place. No amount of 'giggering' could address it. I gave up and requested an exchange and gave up hope of being able to wear this on my formal event. THEN the Customer Support Staff promptly replied and offered to send out new pins in two sizes that would fix it. I was nervous about changing the pins out and damaging the leather honestly. But, the replacement pins arrived across the Atlantic in TWO DAYS. AMAZING!! And more pleasant, the pins were a breeze to change out. This alligator leather was my fourth or fifth strap from B&S but they have earned my continuing loyalty for decades to come. SUPER AA++!! here!! Thanks AGAIN!!
