Ali was insightful and very helpful when I brought in my Miele Coffee Machine in for a repair. Although disappointed because my Miele was only 1.5 years old and needed a miniature control valve, he was able to bring about a solution. However, after reviewing the cost to just bring the option back to normal, we decided the best thing would to buy a Jura - at least the Jura has a 2 year warranty.

Have not used them yet !
