Missing E8

I brought my Jura E8 in three weeks ago (at least) to be repaired. The repair turned out to be more than I wanted to pay to have that old machine fixed so I bought a new machine from you guys. I asked at that time if I could have my old machine back and you said it was in pieces, but whenever you put it back together I could come and pick it up. I called last week to see if it was done. No luck. I called yesterday to see if it was done and again no luck. I appreciate that you’re probably busy, but I’m getting a bit frustrated at this point.
