Helpful Customer Service
I received my watch and I loved it, but it wasn't fitting me quite right. I called Tense and thy sent me out some smaller links, free of charge. My watch now fits great and I am very pleased. The watch itself is light and comfortable. I am very happy with my purchase.

LOVE my Tense Watch!
Over the holidays, I found Tense watches online. Love the selection of styles and colours! I ordered on Dec 27, and my new watch arrived on Jan 3rd, just 1 week later. My watch is beautiful in every way...stylish, solid craftsmanship, with great attention to detail. Love that I could remove links myself to size given the tool provided, and the polishing cloth will help to keep it like new. This has been a fabulous customer experience for me. I highly recommend Tense Watches! :)

Beautiful watch. Simple and elegant design.
The wood is beautiful and the design is simple and elegant. The small case is very suitable for my small wrist. It arrived promptly after I placed my order. I'm very satisfied with it.
