Fissure 8 Automatic Koa Wood and Abalone Watch - 45mm

Great color combo

On our recent trip to Hawaii, my wife and I saw the Fissure 8 watch at a resort jewelry store. Went back a couple days later to buy the watch but it was sold. I ended up ordering directly from Pono Woodworks as I could not find the color combo I wanted, the Blue/Gray watch band. The band color really matches the gunmetal watch. Brett was able to put the watch together and send it to our place in Hawaii within a day. Absolutely love the stunning blue of the face along with the Koa wood color and pattern. Have received many compliments on the watch since returning from vacation.

Great Hawaiian Watch

I bought one watch for myself and 3 others as gifts. I'm tired of so many watches that look alike, these set a distinctive style. The use of wood in a watch can be problematic as you worry about how it will hold up, but these look to have been well sourced and should have good longevity. The abalone is gorgeously blue. On top of all that, Brent, the owner made the whole transaction simple, delivering the watches to my hotel. Even if you don't plan on visiting Hawaii you should consider these beautiful, unique watches.
