I am very happy customers. Buying things online normally we just pay and get it posted but this team went beyond and above. My jug rinser was not working probably so they tried to send me instructions to test and fix it first, they even asked the supplier about my case and sent me some videos to watch and try to fix it first. After that some parts needed to be replaced, I purchased and it all works now. Totally impressed about the customer service here. Other will just ask them to purchase the whole thing new.
