Good activity but book was not clear

I used this with my Kindergarten class after reading the box set of LIttle Spot of Emoitions. It was different and I had trouble getting the students to understand the nuace between angry and frustrated. The activity provided was good, but the book required addition support for students to understand.

I love using a tactile strategy with books as a school social worker.

Several of my students actively use the token while solving written problems at their school desks.
