Excited to get new cpap and try ot out then find out first night after three hours cpap will not start back up after going to bathroom needs long cool down was hoping it was just weird incident played with more settings and same thing second night. I got approved to send back the unit for repair/ replacement but no idea how long will be without cpap machine. Pay for expensive medical equipment that does not work with no idea when get to really tryout the machine to see if I will like it

So after 46 years of being able to sleep easily and blissfully anywhere, I have developed sleep apnea. Much to my husbands dismay that apparently comes with the most atrocious snoring as well. So when I told him that I’d have to get a CPAP, he was a bit leery. On top of that my insurance did t cover buying, only renting which over two years would easily cost more than $1k to me and I’d be continuing down the renting road on and on for probably the rest of my life. So I decided to look into buying it myself and since the warranty alone was for two years, if I was a good shopper and cared well for the device, might save a bit of money. So by some miracle I found what I needed here and n Sleeplay at incredibly good prices comparably. Shipping was fast and the device has the benefit of being new, not a second hand device. When it arrived my husband just sadly stared at it thinking this little thing would be noisy and compound with my snoring. Setup was easy and the use was simple. It has a handy app to track your statistics. After the first night my husband was overjoyed. The machine was blissfully quiet and it also quieted my snoring. Even though I probably won’t have to for quite a while. I would buy this again and again and definitely from this company.
