The notepad is made of thick, good-quality paper and is just a cute in person as n the photos. I got it to try to motivate myself to get back into weekly meal planning. Started using it this week and so far, so good.

Our evenings are loaded with events and figuring out what to feed hungry bellies in the 30 minutes between piano lessons and tumbling (or whatever) is stressful. So the weeks that I meal plan are the weeks that go SO MUCH SMOOTHER. Less trips to the store for one item, more well rounded meals, more variety in recipes. I've gone through many pads of this nature, but fell in love with this one a few years ago and finally treated myself and ordered it. The size is much bigger than others of this type. The kids love seeing it taped to the fridge, and I do too!
