Over the Top Customer Service

I recently ordered several items form State & Liberty. Shorts and Belts…all perfect fit and superior quality. One of the belts ordered, I ripped (dumb) instead of cut the thread tag off the belt loop, which tore the loop loose from the belt. I contacted State & Liberty and told them what had happened from my actions. Their answer “Please send us a picture and we’ll ship you a new replacement belt”. One of their extraordinary Service Leaders even called me on Memorial Day to make sure everything had been taken care of to my satisfaction! Who does this! I’ll step out and make a promise to any new or current customer of State & Liberty…If you’re not beyond satisfied with their quality, styling, price and customer service…you can’t be satisfied!

Awesome belt!

I love this belt! The buckle doesn't cut into you when you sit down and no matter if you need a few millimeters this way or that - you just close the belt wherever it's most comfortable without having to reach the next belt hole.

Decent belt

So far so good, the real test will be in 6 months. Hopefully it doesn’t fray
