Hybrid Tenor Ukulele

Love the playability and sound of this ukulele

First, Nico was awesome in answering a few questions I had about this ukulele. The ukulele arrived much sooner than anticipated. I have been wanting one for a while now. I had the strings replaced with a low-G set up and it sounds amazing. The playability is wonderful, the action lower than I’m used to but it makes it easier to play. I have arthritis in hands these days and only play 30 minutes. The set up here allows me to play much longer. I can also bar chords that were painful in the past. The sound quality is bright with good sustain. It won’t totally replace my Kanilea but I’ll be playing this often. I’m very pleased with the quality of build and the quality of sound.

Over all a good experience. I have a much nicer uke for playing at home but I bought this as a travel uke.

When I received the KLOS ukulele, I had concerns about what appeared to be a small area of surface blemish in the fretboard wood. Having done a bit of wood working myself I wasn’t overly concerned about it other than it being a superficial defect in the wood which hadn’t been adequately finished. But I did contact KLOS, sent them a couple of photos, and the response was immediate. They advised that the final inspection had obviously missed the blemish, and they were very generous in compensating me for this issue. And, all in all, I am very happy with the ukulele; it sounds great, looks great, and I’d buy another KLOS instrument without hesitation. I would highly recommend them.
