Fuse kit for Magic Mill dehydrator Model MFD-1010

Great item, but didn't last long. Only used a handful of times within the last 2 years and it broke down. Customer service was not very helpful and very frustrating. Still haven't resolved my issue even after speaking with the tech. Tech came up with a solution to refund me and give me a healthy discount on a new one, and I haven't seen any of the solutions come true yet. I have so many negative things to say, but I'm annoyed with all of this right now.
