Great Product, disappointing customer service

The shelves themselves were beautiful quality, arrived on time, and were exactly what I ordered. I spent over $2,000 on a custom order and also paid an additional $250 for rush shipping, so I was excited for the experience to match the product quality. Side note ( you need a drill press to drill the holes in the thick metal ) Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. After multiple exchanges, they would not honor either the 20% promotion being advertised on the shelves or even the 10% first-time customer discount. I would have appreciated either one considering the size of the order. The communication also felt very impersonal and repetitive — honestly, it seemed like I may have been dealing with AI customer service the entire time. It left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. While I’m happy with the actual product, the overall customer service experience was poor enough that I probably would not order from them again.

The Fire Place shelves

We had tried some other shelves before going with you guy's but had to return them as the quality was terrible to say the least. I have used you in the past and knew I could depend on an outstanding product and we were not disappointed again. I especially like the fact that you now provided the drill bits what a difference as last time I went through I don't know how many. Great product we love it will send a picture after we finish adding the decor.

The shelves were well built and great looking. Brackets are solid.
