I have been brewing kombucha tea since 1993 and I always had plenty of Scobies until I got sick with cancer in 2021 at which time they all went bad because I was in bed for a long time. I never had any trouble with them but the ones that I have bought from you guys taste terrible and I’m not sure why that is. I’ve read them twice and maybe it’s because it appears that you guys use green tea and I always use black tea. I don’t know. Plus, it took a month for them to do anything which is also very odd. both times that I brewed that I had to throw them out, so not sure. I do find that they are better in warm climate than they are during the winter time so I will probably hopefully try another one eventually.
