Ordered as a Christmas gift. Ordering process was easy. I received email confirmation of order. Delivery was quick.
I ordered another book from another company.
Ordering process more complicated. No email confirmation. 2 weeks later I struggled to find a customer service number to make sure order was received. I was told yes and it would be processed shortly. 2 weeks later, still no book! Will it be here by Christmas? Will never order from that company again. Will be ordering from your company again.
