Italian Fresh Cheese Making Kit

Package arrived on time - that was great . Packing looked good on the outside ... inside I wasn't as pleased . Packages of cheese salt and citric acid ( i hope there are one of each ) not labeled and both in the same silver foil packaging so can't tell which is which . Since this was a gift - wasn't happy to have to have recipient try to figure out what is in each packet when they go to make the cheese - will review again hopefully when they use the kits .

I ordered some sourdough items as well as 2 ravioli kits and 2 cheese kits. Well.... The ravioli was apparently out of stock so when asked by your company if I'd like something else or a refund I replied back with the pasta kits. Later I received a refund instead. That's fine, I guess. Why ask though? Then when I received the order it also did not have all my items, and had a foraging kit instead. So... I didn't receive half of my original order and now I have a kit I never ordered but got to pay for ....... Not great.
