Wrong accessories

I was sent the wrong accessories for my product. I called and was taken care of quickly and efficiently so far. I have not received my replacement as of yet but it’s only been a short time. I received the correct products very quickly. The service team was great and very responsive. They keep me informed throughout the entire process. Very pleased

NOT for Floor One S7 Pro

The title of this product says it fits both S5 and S7 versions but I have the Floor One S7 and it does NOT fit that model! So do not buy if you have anything but the S5.

Received S5 roller, needed S6

I’m not sure if I ordered the wrong product but it is the only listing for a S6 roller. I have a S6 Pro machine. Contacted customer service they promptly sent out the correct roller for my machine after checking out my machines serial number. Kudos to Tineco’s customer service team!
