Great customer service, effective product

Initially, both units worked as expected, and were effective in eliminating outers. After a few months, one of the units started making a high-pitched noise and did not seem to be producing any ozone. I contacted the manufacture, and they very graciously sent a new unit to replace this one. I am very happy with my experience. thank you so much!

We have bought several of these units to place in closets and small rooms to deodorize hunting clothes and accessories. They work great at removing human scent and other odors. No need to spray down with expensive scent-killer sprays each time we go out to hunt. The units are warranted for two years and the customer service is excellent.
