Ethnic Turquoise Charm Bracelet

This is an update to a previous review in which I was having a difficult time opening the bracelet. After some tugging one of my friends opened all three. I'm sure that with some use the slide will loosen up. After resolving my problem, I've updated my rating from three to five stars. I'm looking forward to giving these to three close friends. They're beautiful!!

I ordered three of these bracelets to use as gifts. Although smaller than I thought, they're beautiful. I gave them three stars instead of five because I cannot get the bracelets to slide open so that they can be worn. I've contacted customer service and via email I have received timely and very cordial responses. It hasn't helped as they repeat the directions I've already received and cannot follow. I'm going to a friends house this weekend and hope that she will figure it out. I'm sure it's just me but would someone please make a YouTube video explaining how to use these string bracelets?!

My granddaughter will love the bracelet!
