Shrimptastic Snow Flakes

My shrimp (and mystery snails!) go crazy for these and I find that they can stay in the tank indefinitely without going bad/will get fully eaten up.

So they sent me 6 little Amani’s and I’m very proud to announce they are doing wonderfully! All came healthy and happy and are just chill little guys.

Dissapointed

Hi, I’ve made quite a few purchases and spent a lot of money through this website. On my first purchase I forgot to use the discount code for new members. I realized immediately and contacted them immediately, they said nothing could be done. Ok fine, I ordered lot of fish and they all came alive and well. I ordered the box of drift wood, 50 dollars - it was on sale from 65. Two of the 5 pieces weren’t even 4 inches and both were literal chunks with no branches. I contacted customer service, and sent pictures of each piece next to a lighter. They responded two days later and asked for me to send pictures of them next to a ruler and completely ignored my complaint about there being no character to the wood. I did as they asked and clarified to make sure they understood. They didn’t email for two days, I followed up and they didn’t respond for two more days. Where they repeated themselves and then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted a fancy piece that I should go bigger. I found this to be extremely condescending and I’m insulted. I regret using this store and giving them my business.
