PRO Replacement Filter Kit, Compatible with Electric PRO X

Missing items

All I received was the out of stock pre-filter and tubing. I requested to be notified when it was back in stock, and purchased this (far more expensive), but complete replacement filter and tube kit instead. I haven’t received the other item I ordered the same day either. Something is clearly wrong because it has been weeks, but I’m not sure what has happened. Great products when I’ve used them though

Love my survivor filter, and replacements are very reasonable prices.

completely useless without the third filter and the company does not seem to know what to do to solve the problem I emailed the company 8 days ago and was only told they would check
