Great energy from Jackare in his teaching. Gets straight to the point and demonstrates practical techniques that you can implement right away. Coming from a judo background it is very useful and easy to learn, but think anyone can do most of the takedowns with a bit of practise.

Decent Instructional

Was a bit difficult to understand. The instructional didn't seem as organized as others I've seen. Bernardo was essentially interpreting every move and trying to break down each step. The moves themselves were really cool and I was even able to hit a few during rolls. As a detailed and organized instructional though, it falls a bit short.
