Excellent quality and craftsmanship!

Very pleased with my new Le Griddle so far. I’m still learning how to cook with it. You have to learn the different temperature zones and what temperature to select according to weather conditions. But compared to other griddle I was using the clean-up is much easier with the Le Griddle and you don’t have to worry about rust. I really like the removable clean out that’s easily accessible from the front of the griddle.
