Excellent customer service
I ordered the hands free leash but unfortunately the little doggy charm came off after only a couple of days and the adjustable rings all bunched up. I wrote to Sassy Woof and they immediately sent me a new one which me & Chilli the doodle absolutely love - stylish and practical!

Game changer!!
This has been a huge game changer for me for bringing my dog to work with me! It’s easy to clip her into my desk so she still has free rein, but won’t wonder too far. Also, super helpful on walks where I need to carry something or have my hands full. I highly recommend!
