Rosecliff Nantucket Blue Topaz Stackable Ring in 14k Gold (December)

Blue topaz ring

I ordered this ring in blue topaz to stack with a second in diamond - one ring in each of my children’s birthstones (December and April). The two stacked together are beautiful, but standing alone, the blue topaz is a little dull. The stones do not shine as brightly as I’d hoped. I’m not sure if this is a difference in the quality of gemstones vs diamonds, or just the blue topaz stone from Haverhill. I have several other blue topaz pieces from other jewelers and don’t have this issue.
