LOVE Lorraines. They are insanely knowledgeable and helpful and they store and manage their products well-this is evident in that even identical products purchased elsewhere (think walmart/michaels) do not oreform as well. The only explanation could be that other stores do not handle the products well (ie exposure to poor temperatures etc). Lorraines is the place to go for anything and everything required for baking projects.
