I got the wrong puppet, but happy anyway

I ordered and paid for Grunkle, however after a few weeks contacted Pubbets and enquired about the delay in him arriving . Apologetically they said they had forgotten to process my order and Grunkle was sold out. They offered me a refund or another puppet so I took Smooch… Although I’m happy with her, it’s still not exactly what I wanted. No hard feelings, mistakes happen and I would still recommend Pubbets, as a matter of fact I’m looking to get a friend for Smooch when another puppet catches my eye.

A new member of our family

Bought Grunkle for my grandkids but decided to keep him at our house as he's happy living with us. He's beautifully made and his face is full of personality. The grandkids love the daily updates of Grunkles mischievous adventures
