Heartbreaking

This is a revenge tale and the lengths a person will take to protect people and exact revenge upon the ones that hurt them. What a stellar man to step up and defend people that are being abused. That is a showing of what humanity should be about. Love one another. Show you care. The loss of his home and his beloved pets was so sad and knowing that this was based on a true story made this so deeply heartbreaking. The author's notes gives a lot of insight and adds a whole enrichment to the story creating an even bigger appreciation for the author and his willingness to share it with us. In this short story we feel the love and empathy but we also feel the loss and pain.

Passionate revenge!

This was another fantastic story from Nik! Heartbreaking, savage, and yet extremely cathartic! A raw and emotional tale of revenge! You really felt for the main character and exulted for him wholeheartedly! Nik always packs a lot into his stories and you can feel his passion in his words, giving the story even more of an impact on you! His descriptions are brilliantly vivid - I could totally hear the flames crackle and roar, and feel the heat! What an amazing dedication to your Uncle Bob! 😍 (Zoom in on the dogtags! 😉) 5/5 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

Pulls you into its dark folds...

This was a great read from Robinson. This is a tale of loss. It's a story of the profound love that we as humans can truly carry in life and give to other humans and animals. The story is love, empathy, horror and finally vengeance. Robinson has a way of telling the tale with subtilty and the natural ability to entertain. Highly Recommend!
