Elderflower Ghost Hot Sauce

I took one bite of this and was AAAAhHH, that's hot. I immediately suspected Quill, having gone through a bottle of their Ghost sauce. Sure enough, that's it. I'd have to compare it to the Quill pepper mash sauce to tell what the rum does exactly, but anyway, I like it. VERY hot, almost too much for me, which is saying a lot.

So many wonderful things I could say. I am big fan of this brands hot sauces. Delivery was on time and delivered with care! Plus a little mini hot sauce surprise. I will be continuing order from Butterfly Bakery of Vermont!!!! Thank you!
