Interesting Material

This course presents some interesting insights. It won't help you become an expert at anything-it's spread all over topics, and some of the material is blown through very quickly (one of the volumes is seven minutes and the trainer blows through a long series of techniques in that short time. So, it's not bad, but understand what you're getting.
