Blueberry Kindness Hoodie

I am having trouble resolving an issue

I was given a black hoodie with the incorrect design rather than a strawberry kindness in pink. I have emailed three times with no response. I receive emails regularly, but no one reached out about making the switch and I had already ordered a black protection path hoodie, so I don’t need a second black one. Perhaps this review will catch the attention of someone and spur a response? I ordered the blueberry kindness hoodie is gray and like it very much. It is true to size. I wished I had ordered larger. I also inquired about exchanging sizes in my first email, but we already know that I haven’t had a response. My star rating is based on quality of product, wait time to receive (two + months?) and lack of personal response.

I bought 2 hoodies, one for myself and one for my teenage daughter and we both love them! Super cozy and the designs are so beautiful.

The sweaters are great. I'm still waiting for the sweatpants though
