Best work bag

I use it to pack my lunch and all the things I need to go to and from work every day and it is PERFECT. I’m always looking for the perfect bag and I finally found it.

Loved the tote but the strap broke. It is not well made.

Shoulder strap (the one with the pad) snapped on first use, and with barely any weight in the bag. Very disappointed in the construction and choice of material of the shoulder straps. I will be getting some canvas handles and sewing them on instead. I really like the organization and features of the bag itself, and I hope the canvas is more sturdy than the straps. Once I replace the straps with something durable, I will continue to use it for the sake of the compartments, key hook, insulated pocket, and other features that were the reason I bought this item to begin with. Again, I hope the canvas vessel is more durable than the straps.
