RCYCLD Cropped Knit Sweater

The sweaters were ok. But this is my third time ordering from them and first time keeping my order. You’re supposed to be able to exchange them until you get sweaters you like, but they didn’t honor my requests and when I wanted a refund they claimed they were unable to do that, which just doesn’t make sense to me, their customer service was a complete let down.

I loved one of the sweaters but the other is uncomfortable and not quite what I was hoping for m. After reaching out in hopes to exchange, I got no response. Disappointed because I love this brand and idea.
