RCYCLD Cartoon Towel Pieced Pants

It arrived with holes. We ordered it for a vacation, and my replacement has not come. When I inquired, they said when they receive the damaged item, they’ll send out a new one which obviously won’t help me for my vacation. A few days after I inquired again, they asked for my order number. I don’t have it because it’s been a while. It took a while to come the first time. I just inquired to ask if they have the ability to look up my order by email. We shall see…. It had mot been a good experience so far.
