Wonderful Little Book

The book is professionally written and illustrated, and it an excellent by-and-for-the-fans effort, which is also interesting for the layman. This is also a labour of love, a long time in the making, I loved Volume I too, and I am sure I'll love Volume III similarly! I am very happy Fusion Retro books exists!

This is an amazing series of books on the sound chips we love

I loved the first volume, and this is even better. It covers my favourite chip of all time, the SID in the Commodore 64. And there is just so much information in here. The galleries with games highlighting the work of particular composers and companies are filled with detail, and some funny puns too. Can't wait to add the rest of the series to my book shelf.

The second book in an awesome mini series

As a history into the early sounds of computers this is great fun. You really need a QR code scanner to get most out of this as every entry has a line to actually hear the tunes for yourself.
