Nice product, easy enough to put together although a little time consuming. The controls are a little hard to get used to because there is a specific procedure that has to be done each time. They don't tell you want to do with the 3 foot of extra wire for the probe connection so I pushed it down into the hopper hoping it doesn't get really hot in there.

Works great when its snowing and really cold

Definitely holds in the heat. Keeps the grill at the right temp in cold weather.
